Rotary Club of Penang Bulletin

On 1 November, during our Intracity Deepawali celebrations at Tiffin Café, Little India, Penang, the renewal of our Sister Club Agreement with the Rotary Club of Pandan Valley, Singapore (District 3310), was signed by President Reena Rajamohan and our President R. Chandra Segar. Rotary’s Sister Club system helps clubs build long-term international friendships, encourages cultural exchange, and enables meaningful collaboration on service projects that benefit our communities.
