On 1 November, during our Intracity Deepawali celebrations at Tiffin Café, Little India, Penang, the renewal of our Sister Club Agreement with the Rotary Club of Pandan Valley, Singapore (District 3310), was signed by President Reena Rajamohan and our President R. Chandra Segar.
